Captains Chair

The English people give their furniture names and in this case it is called a Captains Chair. I do not know the reason for this name. This was a chair I picked up ne day when I was leaving the dump area in Pretoria East. It were not servicable any more ( broken and the seat ruined) The date was in 2008.

The chair were restored and the seat fixed. The seat cost R300 to be repaired while the chair at the dumping site cost R25.

The chair is now part of this family.
